Responsibility

  • riverdale Estates are looking for an Inventory Clerk/Property Manager to join our small, friendly team based on the Ipswich Waterfront
  • the role will be varied with property visits and time in the office
  • you will be responsible for managing your own diary and prioritising your time
  • the majority of your time will be spent producing move-in inventories and completing check out inspections, using specialist software
  • you will be required to evaluate the property's condition, note down all contents and record the condition/cleanliness throughout using in-house software
  • this will also involve liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors
  • this is where attention to details is critical
  • the role will involve all aspects of property management for our extensive portfolio of properties. You will be responsible for visiting properties and carrying out inventories and check out reports at the beginning/end of tenancies
