Responsibility
- reports into Senior HR Operations Manager
- based in our London Strand Office 3 days per week, and 2 days from home
- due to our rapid expansion and growth Rituals UK and Ireland is seeking a highly experienced and professional HR Operations Manager to join our amazing team
- deliver process improvements across the HR and Payroll Teams; defining key role and responsibilities and agreeing departmental KPIs and SLA’s
Requirements
- strong HR Operations background within a retail environment with a proven track record of workflow improvements and HRIS implementation
- has extensive experience with HR systems
- can demonstrate an understanding of current employment legislation and data management in line with GDPR
- articulate with excellent written communication skills, and good eye for detail
- excellent organisational skills and efficient with a great sense of humour, empathy and work ethic
- open to feedback with a focus on continuous improvement in all areas of their work
- behavioural skills
- exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to communicate and liaise at all levels remotely
