Responsibility
as a Sales Administrator at our Wembley Head Office, you'll provide data analysis and administrative support to our Sales team
A key part of the role is maintaining and managing pricing to Customers and providing reports to the Sales Team
provide administrative support to the sales team
prepare sales reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
identifying opportunities to proactively promote additional sales and management of orders via the pre-sell and pre-order systems
analysing data to discuss promotions and opportunities with retail partners to successfully achieve agreed sales targets
part of the Musgrave Group, Ritter Courivaud are distributors of fine foods, supplying a number of fine dining restaurants, high end hotels and gastro pubs
management of the daily tasks required around National and Local promotion distribution and implementation
Requirements
proven experience in an administrative or sales support role
strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
excellent written and verbal communication skills
strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
