Responsibility

• as a Sales Administrator at our Wembley Head Office, you'll provide data analysis and administrative support to our Sales team
• A key part of the role is maintaining and managing pricing to Customers and providing reports to the Sales Team

• prepare sales reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• identifying opportunities to proactively promote additional sales and management of orders via the pre-sell and pre-order systems
• analysing data to discuss promotions and opportunities with retail partners to successfully achieve agreed sales targets
• part of the Musgrave Group, Ritter Courivaud are distributors of fine foods, supplying a number of fine dining restaurants, high end hotels and gastro pubs
• management of the daily tasks required around National and Local promotion distribution and implementation
• the maintenance of the sales department plan and supporting the rest of the sales team in their day to day roles in an admin capacity
• liaising cross functionally to resolve any queries via phone or email from customers
• ad hoc project work as required
• managing correspondence between the sales team and our retail partners and offering our retail partners an exceptional level of service at all times

Requirements

• proven experience in an administrative or sales support role
• strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
