- here at RITESURE we are currently recruiting for an Insurance Account Handler
- you will deal with incoming phone calls and emails from existing & potential clients relating to their insurance needs
- you will also manage the renewals of existing customers and issue documentation
- you will use your use strong written and verbal skills to deal with both new and existing customers
- after successful completion of training hybrid working arrangements will be considered and we welcome applications those looking for flexible working arrangements
- RITESURE are an Independent Farm Insurance Specialist operating in the Severn Vale with a UK wide customer base
- knowledge of agriculture and / or experience of working in a customer service / insurance / financial services environment are desirable, however they are not essential as full training and professional development will be provided
