Requirements
- hold a NVQ level 3 qualification in childcare or higher
- experience in childcare
- A passion to deliver a high quality childcare setting and a motivated workteam
- in-depth knowledge of the EYFS
- great communication skills
- reliable and honest
- eligible to obtain an enhanced DBS check
- able to use initiative and prioritise workload
Responsibility
- work in partnership with local childcare / education providers, health providers and all other agencies
- be a role model for your staff team, empowering them to deliver high standards practice
- work as a team with other practitioners and also using own initiative
- have good partnership with parents
- have a good relationship with key children and carry out necessary observations and reports
- promote our values and ethos to ensure that every child's individual needs are met in a safe and secure environment that is stimulating
- ensure that all aspects of the Statutory Framework for Early Years Foundation Stage and welfare requirements are delivered to the highest standard
