Requirements
- level 3/ Level 6 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
- minimum 2-3 years of experience of working with the pre school age group
- A robust understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum play based approach to children’s learning and development
- excellent knowledge of Safeguarding, Child Protection, The Prevent Duty and current Early Years Legislation
- full and relevant Early Years qualification
- proficient written skills, can produce well structured planning, observation and assessment of children's learning
- rise N Shine Nursery are looking for a highly skilled Room Leader with a solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum
- awareness of the Ofsted inspection framework
