potentially supporting a number of projects at any one time, juggling is a skill you need to possess
ripe Solutions is a small start-up construction company that provides an end to end design and build service for both the commercial and residential sector
as a Junior Project Manager, you will support and work closely alongside the other directors/co-founders to coordinate projects and helping to ensure that projects and objectives are delivered on time, within scope and to the agreed budget
you will provide administration support across purchasing and procurement, and may also need to get involved in activities that support company growth, for example email marketing, relationship management, social media management and so on
ensuring full visibility of activity, costs and risks across all areas of the project
Requirements
be able to understand floor plans
be efficient, well organised and able to communicate at all levels – including internal and external stakeholders/clients
have a full UK driving license
have experience as a Junior Project Manager or Project Administrator wanting to step up into a Project Manager’s role. Your experience could be from a Junior Project Manager / procurement or project administration capacity
have at least 1-2 years experience and knowledge in construction, whether working on residential or commercial construction / architectural projects – with some exposure of client interaction / customer service
