Requirements
- previous experience working as an Quantity Surveyor within Civil Engineering/RC Frames
- full UK Driving License and own car preferred
- you must be personable, articulate and confident to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Contract type
- the successful Quantity Surveyor will have prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Civil Engineering/RC Frame industry
- with lots of tenders already won for the new year, they are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to initially provide support on major, landmark projects on a wide range of Civil Engineering/RC Frame projects
- A major, award-winning contractor with multiple regional offices, have big plans for 2024
- in your role as Quantity Surveyor, you will be supporting a Commercial team lead by a Commercial Director and Managing Quantity Surveyors and offering guidance and support to the Assistant and Trainee Quantity Surveyors within the team, costing for projects valued past £10m
- if you are successful in your application, as Quantity Surveyor you will become an integral member of a dynamic Commercial team within a company that offer a generous package, a close-knit team, and the opportunity to work on unique, high value projects, as well as a long-term path to moving into a Senior role
