Responsibility
- moving furniture as instructed between warehouses
- assist with monthly stock taking activities
- hand picking furniture from the warehouse through from order to dispatch
- inspect returned goods to identify the damage or other reason of return
- package saleable items in bubble wrap and cardboard ready to sell
- place furniture items in correct bin locations as instructed
- to work as part of the warehousing team, sharing responsibilities for the manual handling of loading and unloading furniture from vehicles that drop off and pick up from the warehouses
- compliance with all company Health and Safety Policies/Regulations
Requirements
- previous experience in a warehouse role is preferred
- strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- warehousing: 1 year
