the ability to provide structure, organisation, and direction to the Senior Management Team
receive, screen, prioritise and redirect incoming mail and calls ensuring enquiries and routine issues are forwarded appropriately
manage the Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Bank reconciliations functions of the Business
ensure all invoices and associated paperwork is processed and filed accurately and in a timely manner
facilities and Office management
any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
ensure H&S processes are followed in the Office and keeping records as required
acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls. Liaising with both external companies and internal staff members on behalf of the Management Team
