Requirements
- experience and knowledge of Child Protection and Safeguarding
- dedicated to continuous personal and professional development
- have an approachable and calm manner and be adaptable in a challenging environment
- value individuality, equal opportunities, non-judgmental approach
- level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce Diploma with social care pathway, NVQ level 3 in caring for Children and Young People or NVQ 3 Health and Social Care
- you must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 1 years experience working within a Residential Children Home setting in a deputy management role
- must have a Full Driver's license as there are requirements to transport Children to and from school, family contact and other daily activities/meetings
- excellent report writing and numeracy skills

- it is essential to our model of care that we provide a highly supportive care team who endeavour to deliver a therapeutic environment for the young people we care for
- our staff team recognise the importance of relationship based, child-centred care planning, whereby we seek to gain a thorough understanding of any young person’s needs and respond to those needs to allow the young people to feel respected and valued by us
- all our Children have 1:1 staffing ratio and all our Homes are currently rated Good with Ofsted
