experience and knowledge of Child Protection and Safeguarding

value individuality, equal opportunities, non-judgmental approach
level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce Diploma with social care pathway, NVQ level 3 in caring for Children and Young People or NVQ 3 Health and Social Care
you must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 1 years experience working within a Residential Children Home setting in a deputy management role
must have a Full Driver's license as there are requirements to transport Children to and from school, family contact and other daily activities/meetings
excellent report writing and numeracy skills
