- diagnostic activities to identify causes and solutions for vehicle issues
- to carry our pre delivery inspections on used cars
- to perform all work assigned in a timely manner, adhering to company and manufacturer’s standards
- conduct electronic vehicle health checks and provide a comprehensive report with expert advice and recommendations for our customers
- liaise with service advisors and customers to deliver outstanding service
