Responsibility
- richard Yorke Ltd is looking for an experienced HGV Class 1 driver to do driving from Monday to Friday
Requirements
- to complete daily vehicle checks and reporting of any defects
- to ensure all loads being delivered or collected are safe and secure
- to drive vehicles in a safe and responsible manner ensuring all transport regulations are followed including Tachograph and Digicard requirements
- digital tachograph and CPC cards
- if not British native - have presettled / settled status
- ensure compliance within the drivers hours and working hour regulations, including taking breaks within the guidelines in a designated ‘safe’ place
- to handle goods in a safe and responsible manner
- be professional at all times
