customer service administrator

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • provide exceptional customer service with a can-do attitude
  • ensure customer orders, received by telephone or email, are processed with attention to detail and ensuring the customers’ requirements are fulfilled
  • maintaining and supporting the accounts held by the Business Development Managers, assisting in account management and administration
  • responding to queries and after-sales requirements
  • maintain regular contact with customers, providing customers with product and promotional updates
  • assist with presentation and sales literature
  • providing sales offtake and stock reports as required
  • support the Business Development Managers with the production of quotations and handling of all service-related issues that occur in connection with customer orders

Requirements

  • A proven administrator with experience in a similar role is essential
  • excellent communication skills
  • attention to detail
  • pleasant personality and people orientated
  • excellent organisational skills
  • enthusiastic, flexible and a willingness to learn and grow
  • customer service administrator: 3 years
  • ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
