Responsibility
provide exceptional customer service with a can-do attitude
ensure customer orders, received by telephone or email, are processed with attention to detail and ensuring the customers’ requirements are fulfilled
maintaining and supporting the accounts held by the Business Development Managers, assisting in account management and administration
responding to queries and after-sales requirements
maintain regular contact with customers, providing customers with product and promotional updates
assist with presentation and sales literature
providing sales offtake and stock reports as required
support the Business Development Managers with the production of quotations and handling of all service-related issues that occur in connection with customer orders
Requirements
A proven administrator with experience in a similar role is essential
excellent communication skills
attention to detail
pleasant personality and people orientated
excellent organisational skills
enthusiastic, flexible and a willingness to learn and grow
customer service administrator: 3 years
ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
