• lay bricks to construct or repair walls, arches, fireplaces, and other structures
• interpret blueprints or specifications to determine the layout of masonry structures
• cut or trim bricks using hammers, chisels, or power saws

• mix mortar or grout and spread it onto bricks using trowels
• align bricks or stones and check vertical and horizontal alignment
• repair or replace broken bricks and faulty mortar
• work on various surfaces including roofs and walls
• utilize welding techniques for specific projects

Requirements

• proven experience as a Brick Mason or similar role
• proficiency in bricklaying techniques and masonry tools
• knowledge of different types of bricks, stones, and their properties

• physical stamina to handle the demands of the job
• certification in masonry or relevant field is a plus
