- calling potential businesses, introducing Ria money transfer services, and onboarding them as Ria agents
- we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with people
- developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-ups
- our UK sales team is seeking an enthusiastic Telesales Account Manager who possesses exceptional communication skills and can effectively interact with people
- in addition, the ideal candidate should be confident in presenting products/services over the phone and handling customer complaints and concerns
- managing the entire sales process from identifying prospects, cold calling, face-to-face meetings, conducting presentations and user demonstrations
- training new agents and managing a portfolio of new businesses while providing business support to grow new business transactions
