Responsibility

  • introduction to Triptych, Bankside
  • triptych, Bankside is a brand new, mixed-use luxury development located next to the River Thames in London, launching in Summer 2021
  • shift Pattern: 4 days on 4 days off; 7am -7pm
  • start Date: last week of May- first week of June
  • designed by Squire and Partners, the striking towers of Triptych will become a vibrant and desirable new destination within the South Bank
  • work very closely with the General Manager with the preparation and implementation of SOP manuals, policies, and procedures
  • develop strong relationships with residents and be the first point of contact for their queries
  • duty Manager shall lead on management of the residents' app and ensue content is carefully curated, regularly updated, and all bookings and queries are addressed within set SLAs
