Responsibility
- process monthly payroll so that it is on time and accurate
- be first point of contact for HR administrative queries, adhering to RHA Policy as necessary and escalating queries as and when needed
- work with DPO & HRBP to ensure that all personal data is secure in line with legislation and RHA data protection policy
- ensure sickness process, and documentation is managed consistently across RHA, ensuring that documentation, return to work meetings and reviews are completed in line with RHA sickness policy
- work with HRBP to support Best Companies survey implementation and action planning, to ensure that the outputs of the survey remain alive
- promote a positive image of RHA through the development and maintenance of excellent working relationships with customers, partners, colleagues, and key stakeholders
