Responsibility
- execute carpentry, joinery & locksmith installations, repairs, and project works within private households
- collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver results that exceed expectations
- fabricate, install, and repair wooden structures and fixtures, ensuring they adhere to quality and safety standards
- fittings / Fixtures, skirtings, replacing/fixing locks
- hanging doors, fitting staircases etc
- interpret and work from technical drawings, plans, and specifications to achieve accurate results
- utilize a wide range of carpentry tools and equipment to execute tasks efficiently and precisely
- maintain a clean and organized work environment, respecting clients' spaces and properties
Requirements
- must open a Limited Company with an active UTR number and become VAT registered
- proven experience as a carpenter with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and craftsmanship
- proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment, both hand and power tools
- ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
- excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients and team members effectively
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and rectify faults efficiently
