Responsibility

  • administering and progressing a case-load to closure, ensuring all statutory, regulatory and best practice procedures are followed
  • investigations into the dealings of the company and its directors
  • liaising with solicitors and funders to progress claims
  • ensuring all aspects of casework are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard
  • dealing with asset realisations
  • dealing with correspondence and contact from directors, shareholders, creditors and other relevant parties
  • maintaining and updating physical and electronic systems
  • your main duties will be to carry out insolvency administration tasks to assist our Licensed Insolvency Practitioners and other staff, with a responsibility for a varied case-load, including corporate and personal insolvencies
