  • generate & book valuations
  • book & conduct viewings
  • negotiate offers
  • we are looking for a motivated negotiator to join our growing sales team, selling properties in the Hull and surrounding villages, as well facilitating our expansion into North Lincolnshire
  • update sellers & buyers
  • progress sales through to completion by communicating with solicitors

Requirements

  • previous estate agency experience essential
  • sales experience preferable but not essential
  • ability to work in a target driven work environment
  • excellent customer service skills
  • A full UK Driving License & access to own vehicle
  • IT literate
