Responsibility

  • due to an increase in work we have a vacancy for an additional Service Advisor/Receptionist in our busy Service Reception
  • A normal day in our Service Reception would involve meeting and greeting customers, in person and over the phone
  • creating customer bookings on our garage management system
  • phoning our suppliers to price up parts
  • ensuring customers are aware of work to be undertaken
  • inputting of parts invoices onto the computer system
  • we are an award winning Independent Garage/MOT centre in Capel Hendre near Ammanford, employing 14 staff. We now need another member of staff to join our Service Reception team
  • we always aim to give our customers the best service possible, so the ideal person to fill this role will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues in a friendly, professional manner
