- create omni-channel communication assets for retail and DTC customers, managing graphics and design through to production and shipping

- support the sales function across outreach for grocery, lifestyle, department stores and pharmacy retail environments online and offline
- deliver growth and engagement across social channels and ECRM database, through active outreach on partnerships, influencers and affiliates
- manage DTC website and backend platform, maintaining consistent sales performance via low-level tactical initiatives
- develop and implement the marketing plan, with the aim to reinforce our product positioning, messaging and competitive differentiation to appeal to our customer base
- lead and train junior Marketing Assistant, taking on day-to-day management and responsibility for performance
- the Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the Seoulista Beauty® B2B marketing strategy & execution for the UK & Ireland
- develop retail customer initiatives, build relationships and support on presentation creation alongside sales team, designed to help improve sales and profitability
- location: Victoria, London
- manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all costs are effectively accounted for- through raising PO’s and managing finance operations when necessary
- provide reports and analysis on all marketing activity to help understand the success of each campaign/activation and next steps for the future
- as a key member of the marketing team, you will work closely with the cross-functional teams to tell the brand story in the Seoulista Beauty® brand voice that is consistent and cohesive across all platforms, and work closely with the commercial team to develop strong business relationships with new and existing retail partners in the UK & Ireland, as well as working with the sales team to win new business and deliver on successful market execution in store and online internationally
Requirements
- educated to a degree standard
- min 3-4 years in a B2B marketing role
- FMCG sales experience an advantage

- at least 3-4 years marketing or brand management experience, preferably in the beauty industry
- proven ability to drive share gains /category growth via commercial launch activation plans and measure performance in FMCG channels
- strong entrepreneurial mindset with a multitasking approach
- ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving momentum on projects and proactively planning ahead
- strong commercial acumen, including ability to work with complex figures and multiple information sources
- strong influencing and interpersonal skills are essential
- excellent communication and relationship management skills
- strong project management and organisation skills are essential
- strong team player able to drive cross-functional collaboration
- PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft packages required
- marketing: 3 years
- trade Marketing: 2 years
- knowledge of the FMCG Industry an advantage
- strong analytical and numerical skills
- CIM or marketing equivalent qualifications an advantage
- comfortable building forecasts and making educated recommendations based on data trends
- ability to juggle multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- experience in planning tradeshows, in-store events, education days & creating supporting tools required
