Responsibility
- prepare and serve coffee, tea, matcha, superfood lattes, smoothies and other high-quality beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- take customer orders and handle cash and card transactions accurately
- operate coffee-making equipment efficiently and safely
- maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized coffee bar and work area
- stay informed about all coffee, tea, and food items available for sale and prepare food items as needed
- restock supplies and ingredients, and assist with inventory management
- uphold the company's brand standards and protocols while fostering a positive and friendly atmosphere for customers and co-workers
- collaborate with team members to ensure proper stocking, cleaning, and overall smooth operation of the cafe
Requirements
- strong knowledge of coffee and tea brewing techniques and equipment
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- passion for coffee and tea with a willingness to learn about new products
- ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- ability to create latte art and visually appealing drinks
- experience with commercial espresso machines and specialty coffee equipment
- flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and reach overhead
