They carried out repair work for an insurance claim, took nearly a month to repair a wing mirror and refused to return the vehicle until we paid VAT on the repair, even though we did not need to pay. Made formal complaint and they failed to apologise for any errors made.

I never received my order

I received an order from this company in January. The workmanship was excellent but the material was very thin and poor quality so I returned them. I am still waiting for my refund despite proof of delivery from Royal Mail showing they were delivered on 2nd of February 2024
