Drawing on recent events at Douglass House Efford Plymouth, an emergency and respite care facility for persons with disabilities and complex needs, this has exposed the inadequate safeguarding and care that Plymouth City Council and their partners in health and social care have been providing!
They offer interviews and ask you to email them a day and time you aree free, then ghost you. Unprofessional to offer interviews and then not actually go through with it. Either they love wasting peoples time, or its some kind of scam.
Terrible place to work, staff are bullies and unless you rim the managers you won't be in with the 'click'. Awful commission structure, 0 opportunity for progression.
