Responsibility
- as well as being an advocate for RV and represent the village to both residents and wider community
- the role will include staff rostering, payroll processing and always maintaining a high level of customer service
- you will be always customer-facing, support and lead other aspects of operations including all elements of hospitality services
- part of the role also includes the delivery of Retirement Villages Group Sales and Customer Journey objectives
- thamesfield Retirement Village, based in Henley on Thames is now on the lookout for a new Deputy Village Manager. This is a combined role that includes daily operations and property sales of Thamesfield Retirement Village
- are you currently a Deputy Village Manager looking for their next move? Or want a new and exciting challenge?
- operationally, this includes assisting and supporting the Village Manager in the efficient running of the village and to deputise for them as and when required
- this remit will extend to both new and pre-owned properties, where you plan, organise and direct sales and rental activities
