Requirements
- manage and co-ordinate a database of potential purchasers
- experience and knowledge of the concerns affecting older people
- progress enquiries via direct telephone sales calls to database of potential purchasers
- sales of new homes or traditional property sales
- welcome visitors and engage to start the sales process
- A flair for marketing new properties
- validate and progress sales enquiries
- excellent negotiating skills
