  • due to internal expansion, the opportunity has arisen for an additional Financial Services Administrator to join our team
  • answering telephones
  • scanning, filing and distributing post
  • arranging advisor appointments
  • franking and taking outgoing post to the post office
  • data entry and quality management on XPlan – our CRM System
  • meet and greet clients and visitors to the office
  • obtaining valuations and file preparation for client meetings, including collation of fund information, obtaining illustrations, and updating client data

Education
