Responsibility
- to manage all customer interactions on behalf of the dealership
- identify service needs and requirements of the customer
- establish understanding and an agreement with the customer of the work required and agree time frames
- manage the handover and administration of customer vehicles
- explain the work carried out on vehicle, ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation
- organise and manage the workshop booking and technician timings
- follow up in line with dealership procedures
- understand and follow brand service requirements
Requirements
- previous experience within a Customer Service delivery role
- willing to attend manufacture training courses
- must have a minimum of 1 year service advisor experience
- service advisor: 1 year
