Responsibility

  • there will also be a requirement for full-time holiday cover, as well as occasional sickness cover
  • to offer a front of house service, welcoming customers in person or by phone, answering queries and directing customers appropriately
  • process customer payments
  • offer the highest level of customer service and ensure the satisfaction of all customers
  • full training will be provided
  • hours of work: Friday 8.30am - 5pm & Saturday 8.30am-1pm
  • to manage quotes, bookings, work diaries and invoicing using a bespoke workshop software system. Experience using an online booking system an advantage
