Responsibility
- allocate, verify and process Haru app bags
- as a Resale Technician, you will be responsible for daily e-commerce processes at Responsible
- act as quality control for inbound items
- your attention to detail, organisation, and efficiency will be essential to the success of the team
- collect product details while reviewing and quality controlling product listings
- capture images of products to a set standard using our proprietary software
- reorganisation of goods when required
- support other team members with ad hoc duties as needed
Requirements
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work efficiently and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
- experience with materials & textiles
- basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
- experience/knowledge with luxury/designer items
- ability to work independently as well as in a team
- previous warehouse or retail experience
- experience with customer service is a plus
