Requirements
NVQ Level 2/3 or above in Health and Social care
experience in delivery and presentation of training programmes
Responsibility
our staff are suitably qualified to satisfy the immediate and future needs of their service users
our staff meet national care standards and legal requirements and provide training that will train, induct, manage and deliver the ongoing training of all care and office staff in accordance with our standards, policies and procedures, CQC requirements, relevant regulations and legislation and in line with accepted best practices
work with the Lead Training Manager and the HR Manager to review and update existing policies and procedures as required
contribute to the training strategy for Axela Training and our clients
