- candidate Sourcing: Use innovative sourcing strategies, including headhunting, job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage top talent
- business Development: Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing client accounts across the sectors we cover
- end-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial client briefing to offer negotiation and placement
- market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide market insights to clients and candidates
- mentorship: Support and guide junior consultants in achieving their goals and developing their recruitment skills
- performance Targets: Achieve and exceed KPIs, revenue targets, and activity goals
- client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients within Renewable Energy, Power Generation and Data Centre. Act as a trusted advisor for their recruitment needs
Requirements
- recruiting: 2 years
- proven Recruitment Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a recruitment consultant, ideally within one of our focus sectors
- strong Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates and communicate effectively at all levels
- business Development: A track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts
