Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Non-Qualified Accountant to join our expanding business. As a Non-Qualified Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day financial operations of our clients. While not requiring formal qualifications such as a CPA or ACCA, this role demands a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles, demonstrating proficiency in financial analysis and record-keeping.Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, invoices, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.Conduct financial analysis, such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support decision-making.Monitor and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.Process payroll and maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and employment laws.Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and payroll tax, adhering to applicable laws and regulations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and budgets for management and external stakeholders.Stay up to date with accounting regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.Contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of financial operations.Qualifications:Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role is essential.Solid u
