Responsibility
- work as Café Cook in the Sparks Café kitchen. Prepare meals, cook and deliver food in a timely manner
- work closely and proactively with colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of food from the kitchen
- set up the kitchen at the start of the day and clean spaces at the close of the day
- keep the café spaces clean and tidy
- have a professional and courteous attitude to customers of the Sparks Community Café
- follow all café procedures including food due diligence in the kitchen and food storage areas
- ensure the success of the Sparks Community Café
- work such hours as required across the week, including weekends in order to deliver the core hours of the café
