- we are looking for a passionate designer who has experience with leading and inspiring a team
- stay up-to-date with design and culture to ensure the studio remains at the forefront of creativity
- client management & communications
- take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and design objectives are achieved
- deadline scheduling, coordinating with the team to ensure project deliverables are met fully and to a standard prescribed by RM
- work closely with clients to understand their vision and effectively translate it into creative design solutions
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a designer within the fashion, music, art, or cultural industries
- exceptional design skills and a demonstrated ability to create visually stunning, on-brand concepts and designs
- strong conceptual thinking and the ability to generate unique ideas that push creative boundaries
- proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite
- hardworking and detail-oriented
- high taste level and comprehensive references of culturally relevant fashion & music
- A deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
- A passion for fashion, music, art, and culture as well as a high taste level
