Responsibility
- prepare surfaces for resin bound installation, including excavation, base preparation, and edging
- mix and apply resin bound materials in accordance with project specifications, using both hand trowel and power float
- install and finish resin bound surfaces to achieve a smooth and durable result
- assist with other hard landscaping tasks as needed, such as paving, fencing, turfing and planting
- operate machinery and tools safely and effectively
- adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements
- proven experience in hard landscaping and/or resin bound installation
- strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- have flexibility for occasional weekend work
- fit, hardworking, willing to learn and have a laugh along the way
- health and safety awareness on construction sites
