Responsibility
- resi are currently hiring for a Senior Designer to join one of our in-house architecture studios
- taking responsibility for and overseeing proposed design, managing the whole process up to planning permission
- at Resi, you will have the opportunity to work differently, take control of and really accelerate your career
- you’ll work alongside a variety of Home Development professionals, from Building Regulation experts to Planning specialists
- ensuring clients are aware of and comfortable with all aspects of what Resi has to offer
- resi are a ~100 strong high-growth architectural tech business based in International House right at the heart of Brixton, South London, on a mission to change the Residential Development market for good
- living the Resi values, and holding others accountable to them
- working closely with clients to understand and create designs that interpret their needs, motivations and budget for their project, whilst increasing the chances of gaining planning approval first time round
