Responsibility
- works closely with security team in store to help identify risks, ensuring all loss preventions procedures are fully investigated and any issues or concerns are brought to senior management
- performs store operation tasks in a safe and productive manner
- supports Department Managers, senior management team and Operations Manager to manage loss prevention in the store
- works closely with security team in store to help identify risks, ensuring all loss preventions procedures are fully investigated and any issues or concerns are brought to senior sales management
- partners with Department Managers, senior store management and Store Administrator on all store issues and tracks all HR information in store at all times
- minimizes loss across department and store
- has impeccable brand awareness and is able to use this knowledge to drive sales and achieve store KPIs and targets
