Responsibility
- due to our continuous growth we have a fantastic opportunity for a Repair Scheduler to join our exciting and innovative company
- develop and maintain production schedules using advanced planning systems
- delivering an effective repair schedule that will maximise profits and minimise expenditure
- coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources
- monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks or delays
- booking repairs with customers via phone whilst using the company booking system
- analyze data and trends to vaticinate future production needs
- responds positively to the needs of the customers and Mobile Repair Technicians
Requirements
- bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- proficiency in using planning and scheduling systems
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- attention to detail and ability to fool multiple tasks simultaneously
