Requirements

• perform evaluations and tests on new hardware and software
• A 3-month probation period
• perform daily backup operations

• provide support to service users
• assist on-site technicians with large issues and projects
• manage technical documentation
• track and document the progress of repairs and associated processes
• follow instructions and undertake other reasonable duties, when required, as dictated by circumstances and directed by management
