Working hours

Responsibility

  • identify and engage with potential customers to generate leads and sales opportunities
  • conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products and solutions
  • collect and analyse client information about their buildings and ventilation setup and translate measurements into solutions
  • with help from the R&D team, provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on product selection, installation, and maintenance
  • collaborate with the Rensair team, including engineering and marketing, to develop and improve products based on customer feedback and market trends
  • stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights and feedback for business development strategies
  • develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Requirements

  • minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 1-5 years of experience in sales or solution engineering, preferably within real estate or workplace services
  • strong technical aptitude and ability to understand customer needs, and communicate complex ventilation-related concepts to clients and partners
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team in a technical, innovation-driven environment
  • good collaboration skills as the person will work with the R&D team, clients, and the wider sales team
  • respond effectively to RFPs
  • willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
