Responsibility
identify and engage with potential customers to generate leads and sales opportunities
conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products and solutions
collect and analyse client information about their buildings and ventilation setup and translate measurements into solutions
with help from the R&D team, provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on product selection, installation, and maintenance
collaborate with the Rensair team, including engineering and marketing, to develop and improve products based on customer feedback and market trends
stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights and feedback for business development strategies
develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Requirements
minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
1-5 years of experience in sales or solution engineering, preferably within real estate or workplace services
strong technical aptitude and ability to understand customer needs, and communicate complex ventilation-related concepts to clients and partners
ability to work independently and as part of a team in a technical, innovation-driven environment
good collaboration skills as the person will work with the R&D team, clients, and the wider sales team
respond effectively to RFPs
willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
