Working hours

  • part-time

Responsibility

  • the main responsibilities include
  • manage enquiries and viewing requests from property portals and if necessary, undertake viewings as required
  • manage maintenance issues from property management portfolio
  • undertake check out and check in administrative duties
  • preparation of landlord rental statements and remittance of monies to landlord bank accounts
  • respond and handle telephone calls to the office
  • processing and management of lettings applications through to tenancy signing
  • filing and other sundry administrative duties as required

Requirements

  • experience in the property management sector would be a distinct advantage and would be strongly preferred, as would industry related qualifications
  • however, opportunities exist for the successful applicant to undertake in house training via the Guild of Property
  • professionals and professional qualifications via ARLA Propertymark
  • property management
  • full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle
  • A commitment to providing good levels of service to tenants and landlords
  • well organised and able to prioritise their workload
  • attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
