Responsibility
- we're looking for a Full Time new business developer to join our team
- answer inbound calls from customers who have had a good experience with our services and help them with questions/orders
- this position is in Kettering and is a full-time position
- the ideal candidate will be able to provide the highest level of customer service while maintaining confidentiality
- make outbound calls to potential new customers to obtain information and share information on our range of products
- find and add to the system new leads and follow through to try and convert them into customers
- manage your database of potential customers following up on emails/calls in a promptly manner
- schedule appointments for our sales rep to demonstrate products in person
Requirements
- must have excellent verbal communication skills and phone communication skills
- must have excellent computer skills
- must be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- must be able to work Monday- Friday, 9:00am- 5:00pm
- must be able to work Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
