Responsibility
- using Zendesk to view, answer and resolve customer tickets
- using internal systems to manage orders & returns
- customer Refunds
- offer exceptional level of customer service on all channels including email, live chat, phone and social queries
- handling customer complaints brought to your attention
- collect prompt and accurate customer feedback
- document knowledge and maintaining customer service records
- identifying and notifying any potential problematic trends to management
Requirements
- business-focused & results orientated
- zendesk experience is a plus
- ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts
- flexible, adaptable as and when required to work evenings and weekends
- customer service: 2 years
- 2 years + experience working within a customer service environment
