customer service assistant

Working hours

  • full-time | Temporary

Responsibility

  • using Zendesk to view, answer and resolve customer tickets
  • using internal systems to manage orders & returns
  • customer Refunds
  • offer exceptional level of customer service on all channels including email, live chat, phone and social queries
  • handling customer complaints brought to your attention
  • collect prompt and accurate customer feedback
  • document knowledge and maintaining customer service records
  • identifying and notifying any potential problematic trends to management

Requirements

  • business-focused & results orientated
  • zendesk experience is a plus
  • ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
  • excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts
  • flexible, adaptable as and when required to work evenings and weekends
  • customer service: 2 years
  • 2 years + experience working within a customer service environment
