Requirements
- minimum of 3 years solid PA/Office Manager experience. Hold a university degree
- well-spoken / articulate and a confident
- excellent IT, operational finance, and budgetary experience
- strong negotiation skills to navigate supplier and vendor relationships
- ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information
Responsibility
- maintain office systems, data management, filing, protocols, processes etc
- manage Directors payments and administer in preferred format. Process all necessary invoices and keep payments ledger up to date
- produce documents, briefing papers, presentations and reports
- brief Director on upcoming meetings, attend meetings with Director
