Responsibility
- you will perform various coordinating tasks, such as scheduling and risk management, along with administrative duties
- creating and maintaining project documentation, understanding customer queries, whilst collaborating with your colleagues
- we're looking for a Project Co-ordinator to work for a growing renewable business based in Doncaster, preparing comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects
- to succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll support clients, internal and external teams to deliver excellence and results

- coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- issue all appropriate paperwork
- create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Requirements
- proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner
- experience working with project management tools
