  • thorough knowledge of London’s real estate market, with key knowledge of affluent locations
  • develop connections with Developers, Block Management Companies, Estate Agents, and Asset Management Companies
  • ensure personal sales revenue & profitability targets are achieved
  • carry out telephone canvassing to generate interest and leads from prospects from our and own database
  • register, accompany and carry out viewings with applicants/prospective buyers
  • respond to leads from different website
  • manage leads and viewings

Requirements

  • we offer gold-standard training and development to the right candidates
  • direct sales experience is desirable, but more important is ambition, the desire to offer first class customer service, as well as earn a high salary and commit to hitting targets
