Responsibility

  • answer phones, guide clients through any questions and problems they may have
  • manage property paperwork to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard
  • process applications, make appointments, and keep accurate records of phone and email conversations
  • provide administrative support to external parties
  • other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • the candidate should also be able to work independently with a large volume of documents at an efficient pace
  • must be able to prioritize tasks and be able to work in a fast paced environment with limited supervision
  • knowledge of lease agreements and rental contracts is preferred but not essential
  • the ideal candidate will have experience in a similar industry: legal or administrative work in real estate or property management
